Hatfield International Women’s Day Lecture *Rescheduled*

As part of Hatfield College’s exciting International Women’s Day Events Series, Fem Soc have organized an International Women’s Day Lecture with Professor Gangoli, Head of the Department of Sociology, and a specialist in intersectionality and gender-based violence.

The lecture has been rescheduled to Friday 14 March in the College Chapel at 4 pm.

Professor Gangoli is the Head of Sociology at Durham. She specialises in the intersecting roles of class, ethnicity, gender, sexuality and disability in terms of the perpetuation of gender-based violence, the experience of and the prevention of gender-based violence and abuse, including social and feminist responses, particularly in India and the UK.
